When an electronic issue, article, or handbook is purchased, two emails are sent: an order confirmation and an email with the electronic file attached. The issue, article, or handbook file can also be found when logged in by clicking your email address in the upper-right portion of the screen, then “My Orders”. A list of “Purchased Downloadable Files” appears under the “Online Orders”. Files can be downloaded using the link in the “Download” column.

I forgot my password. What do I need to do?
If an incorrect password is entered when logging in, you will be asked “Have you forgotten your password?” Click on the link, enter your email address on the form, and an email will be sent to you with instructions and a link that will allow you to reset your password. Does your password not work? Your password is case sensitive. Enter with the exact match of upper and lower-case and spaces as you did when you first subscribed.
